I have been a little remiss in uploading to this site and have added a number of photos in a gallery called 2019 Shoots. All of the photos in that gallery were taken in 2019. Unfortunately I have not posted shots from all my shoots as I did over 40 shoots last year.
But since I posted this post in February I thought I would at least post on Valentines Shoot picture.

I recently had the opportunity to shoot with a beautiful lady and one of her horses. Emily and Fred proved to be a very adept models. We experimented with backdrops in the stable and were able to capture some very spectacular shots. But I would be remiss if I did not share some to them.

I was fortunate enough to be able to photograph the lovelt Karolina during a shoot with fabric and flour. The movement of fabric with her dance moves created a graceful flow to the cloth. Here are but a few shots
Be sure to see the gallery of her shots.

I recently did an implied shoot wth the beautifult Nataliee G. A true professional she was very pleasant to work with and the perfect subject for all of the fantastic photos that I took of her. Here are a few samples.

The Zombies swarmed through the city recently on a search for brains. Fortunately people were able to scramble out of the way of the creatures and get to safety. They congregated down at the city park and were captured on film. Well at least in digital format.

I have been busy the last couple of weeks taking photos whlie being on vacation. Including some shots of a lovely lady dressed as an elf and some beautiful women next to the pool. Below are a couple of shots that I took with Christiana who dressed as Tauriel from the Hobbit.
Later in the same week I returned to take some more shots of Christiana and some of her friends frolicking by the poolside. I also managed to get a few shots of them with my motorcycle.

I have been busy this last week with photo shoots. Three in the last week alone. Well this is what it is like to be on vacation. I can pursue my hobbies with an added level of fervor. The first one was done on Tuesday of last week with a lovely lady named Bianca. She was such a pleasure to work with and I managed to capture her beauty spectacularly.
The second shoot was a part of a portrait session that I took part in on Friday morning. This one involved another lovely lady that wanted to get some portraits done in a fitness theme. The lovely Krystel Belle was a superb young lady to work with.
The week finished with a theme shoot with the Girls of Gotham City. Catwoman (Poi), Harley Quinn (Kali), and Poison Ivy (Kelly). Complete with costume and props the ladies were fantastic.

A visit to the countryside this weekend took me to view the wonderful colours of the season. There is nothing like the reds, oranges, greens, yellows and browns all in natures harmony.
The weather co-operated extremely well, sunny and warm allowing me to ride comfortably through the countryside. Unfortunately there was just too many places to stop and capture the colours so I had to remain fairly selective on when to stop and pull out the camera. Not normally an easy thing to do riding on an Motorcycle.

The 2015 Kingston Buskers festival has started and the opportunity to take some interesting shots of the street performers has arisen. Over the next three days the streets will be filled with people and the entertainment will be at a premium.

I decided to pull a few photos of buildings that I have in the collection and play with some editing just to see how they would turn out. As you can see I think that they turned out pretty well. The first shot was of the Prince of Wales hotel in Niagara-on-the -Lake, Ontario. I managed to capture it without any modern vehicles in the way and only a horse drawn carriage out front. This gave it a look of what it would have seemed like back in the 1800’s when the building was built.
The second shot was from the spring last year when the tulips were in bloom in front of Kingston City Hall. I decided that I liked this in Black and White because it gave the shot a dreamy quality. What do you think?

I have recently taken a portraiture course at a local college. this course was designed to help the photographer understand better the interaction between the camera and the model. We had several models for the course and most of the shots were taken using natural light. I am pleased with the results and plan to take the next level of the course later in the spring and summer.
Here are a couple of the shots from the course. It was fun working with these models and learning about the techniques for taking portraits.

I had the pleasure of shooting a few beautiful models last weekend in Pinup style. My first shoot was with Audrey Hipturn and Miss Gypsy Jones. Both ladies are Burlesque dancers and the style cam through in the shots. Here are a couple.

My second shoot was with Rhapsody Blue and Justine RB. These two lovely ladies made it particularly easy to get some fantastic shots. I hope to get the chance to shoot with all four of them again in the future.

I had the opportunity to shoot with a great group of ladies this week. All done with a Christmas theme. The Ladies were assisted by a trio of Makeup and hair artists of Amanda Brathwaite, Germaine and Shannon Doyle. They worked their magic and made Alexare, Megan, Nisha, Shayla, and Sophie look fantastic.
